Eminent Coaching & BIZPAC Partner Up

We are thrilled to announce the exciting partnership between Eminent Coaching and BIZPAC, designed to bring the benefits of Executive Coaching to BIZPAC Members. This collaboration represents a significant opportunity for business owners to enhance their professional development and achieve their goals.

Joseph L Trahan shows his support for Chandler Getzinger as they celebrate her 31st birthday.

The foundation of this partnership is rooted in a long-standing friendship between Joseph L Trahan, Founder and Executive Chairman of BIZPAC.us. and a candidate for Texas Senate in District 15, and the founder Chandler Getzinger of Eminent Coaching. Their connection, established through mutual friends, has grown over the past three years. When Chandler and her husband started their moving business in 2020, Joseph invited them to join BIZPAC's exclusive executive members-only affiliation. This decision allowed Chandler to not only gain insights into the legislative landscape but also to connect with like-minded business owners. Moreover, it was an opportunity to support Joseph, who they affectionately regard as "Joe."

Joseph L Trahan has ambitious plans for BIZPAC, aiming to support members in growing their businesses by providing low-interest capital. Ammunation, an affiliated BIZPAC business, took the first steps in this program at the 2023 BIZPAC conference held at Amegy Bank. Walter Johnson, Founder and Chairman Emeritas of Amegy Bank is an Angel Investor in AmmunationUSA.com. Recognizing the value of coaching as an additional benefit to members and as a means to minimize the risk associated with loans, Joseph sought to build a coaching team for this program. To Chandler's surprise, he approached the now founder of Eminent Coaching and proposed that she consider becoming a coach.

While initially shocked by the proposition, Chandler kept an open mind and attended several meetings. This experience led her to embark on a coaching path, enrolling in the highly regarded CoachRice Program, which is known for fast-tracking credibility. During this transformative program, Chandler discovered her passion for coaching and decided to pursue it as a career. The influence and encouragement provided by Joe played a significant role in this decision, and they eagerly contemplated how to further cultivate their business relationship. At present, Chandler is working towards obtaining the Associate Certified Coaching (ACC) credential through Rice University's Doerr Institute of Leaders. This requires accumulating 100 hours of coaching documented for the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In a moment of inspiration, Chandler realized she could offer her Coaching Services to BIZPAC members, thereby fulfilling her coaching hour requirements for the ICF. Additionally, this initiative provides an incentive for BIZPAC members to renew their memberships and encourages new members to join. Taking it a step further, Chandler reached out to other coaches in the same cohort, proposing the opportunity for them to gain their coaching hours by working with BIZPAC members.

This collaboration embodies a win-win-win situation. The coaches seeking their ACC can fulfill their coaching hour requirements, simultaneously, Joseph and BIZPAC gain even more value in their memberships, and executives can take advantage of free executive coaching, furthering their professional growth and success.

This partnership exemplifies the power of collective collaboration and the boundless potential it offers.
